Our Story

Validus Sports Injury Clinic is the brainchild of Daine McKibben Rice. The Irish native began turning heads in London “literally” in 2018 with his innovative approach to health and wellbeing. From a young age his passion for helping others, and fascination with how the body functioned propelled him to pursue a career in the health and wellbeing industry. He built up a wealth of experience working alongside world leading doctors, therapists and coaches in both the United States and UK before completing his MSc in Sports Therapy, and from here Validus Sports Injury Clinic was born.

His client portfolio includes some of the biggest names in Hollywood, professional sport and everyone in between. His years of experience and passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing is what makes Validus Sports Injury Clinic the ever evolving, leading health and wellbeing brand it is today.

Who we are

At Validus Sports Injury Clinic we specialise in pain management, injury prevention and rehabilitation. We combine hands-on manual and holistic therapies with corrective exercises to ensure your body is in optimal condition for both sport and everyday life. We want people to invest in their future self! We aim to correct bad behaviours, helping people to live a healthier happier life. Our focus is longevity!

What we do

At Validus, we use a combination of treatment modalities and corrective exercises, to ensure your body is in optimal condition in both your sport and everyday life, helping you to live a healthier and happier life. We believe in investing in your future self. Our focus is longevity!

We will first conduct a full body assessment, checking your alignment, movement patterns and identify any imbalances, dysfunction or areas of tension. We will then diagnose any condition or dysfunction you have and address this with a combination of manual and holistic therapies, treating it from the source and restoring pain free range of motion.

When we have restored pain free range of motion, we then use our bespoke corrective and restorative exercises ensuring your issues do not reoccur and your body is in optimal condition long term.

What sets us apart

Our team of experts have years of clinical and theoretical experience across a wide variety of disciplines, allowing us to provide our patients with the highest level of care, through evidence based hands on practice and bespoke corrective and restorative exercises. Our approach focuses on longevity. You don’t have to be injured or in pain to come see us. We focus on replacing bad habits with good ones, making small but effective lifestyle changes that ensure you live a happier healthier lifestyle.
